Base Camp Sports Rehab and Performance operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with patients and clients who have provided express consent. Message frequency varies based on your care plan and appointment schedule; typical frequency is 1–4 messages per month.
How to opt out

Message & data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your existing plan. Base Camp Sports Rehab and Performance is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.
