Comprehensive Initial Exam
After we receive your intake paperwork, your doc will walk you through a thorough assessment. This includes orthopaedic exam, functional movement assessment and time to answer all your questions. They will go over everything from your injury to training, sleep, stress and nutrition.
By the end of your assessment, you and your clinician will have laid out a personalized plan, specific to you and your goals.
Make sure to wear something you are comfortable moving around in.

After your initial exam, your doc will build a program specific to your injury and goals. Your doc will work with you to put this plan together to work for your schedule and your goals.
