This group is for runners, just like you.

Over 12 weeks you will learn the basics of strength training, how to improve your running and reduce your injury risk.

No experience necessary.

Experienced lifter? This is a chance to push yourself and build your strength for running.

  • Thursdays at 7:15 pm

    First Class: April 11, 2024

    Last Class: June 27, 2024

  • Recommended Gear:

    • Athletic clothes

    • Cross training shoes (note: it is not recommended to lift in running shoes)

    • Water bottle

    • Log Book/Training Journal

  • $185 per month (3-month commitment)

    or

    $399 for all 3 months

    Both plans include:

    • Once in-person class per week plus a supplemental at-home program

    • Run-Specific Training by professionals

    • Maximum training session size of 15 people
